In the video claiming to show children having the chlorine washed off, there are several who are being given medication dispensed from what looks like an asthma inhaler. Someone on NHK explained that chlorine impairs the ability to breathe, so they give them the inhaler. What seemed strange is that the children immediately expel the drug, which is visible, looking like a puff of smoke. If this was to help them breathe, wouldn't they be told to inhale deeply and not just exhale it right away after having it in their mouth for one or two seconds? Maybe this is typical, but it just didn't look right, especially with the possibility it was staged.
No link- I saw it on NHK broadcast, but the inhaler should be in the clip that has been shown on all channels. Right when they are being washed down with water.
