If it's any consolation, plenty use opiates, legit. It's old. People live long times on opiates if not misused; good quality of life.

What's also bad is 'possibly what G Webb went on about' last week, "quartering" so doc orders 5mg Norco for pt, pt gets DS batch where pills are only 1.25mg Norco, pt feels he needs more and doc thinks pt is crazy. Bad blood if true and supposedly bad at VA centers. People become guinea pigs for pharmacos' expensive crap (why I don't take new pills btw). War between docs and people with pain. Chaos. "Let government take care of you…" bullshit.
FDA, etc agencies, can go fuck themselves. Most people with decent upbringing don't want to get hooked on drugs; docs/hospitals peddle them, maybe unknowingly Rx watered-down shit and that's Obamacare. (Again, sauce is G Webb so who knows).
