Burn a brick of dank Lemon Skunk in the middle of the madness, and in about twenty minutes or so, not only will they be much moar actual peaceful with their protests, they'll also be too stupid to even remember wtf they were "protesting" in the first place or basically how to do anything at all.
Pretty sure it'll work. At this point, why the hell not, right? Probably be the nicest thing ever done to an unruly mob by police, possibly ever.
