I'm a native Austinite and have been out at these protests. I've personally seen these people mob cars out on 8th by APD headquarters. I've seen them pelt semis on I-35 with fist-sized rocks, I've seen them loot gas stations I go into all the time and have for years, I've seen them attack the Texas Capitol. Fuck these fucking people, they're not from Austin or Texas. They're fucking transplants that just moved here from CA/NY 2 months ago or 2nd gen brats of parents that moved here 20 years ago for tech jobs. I don't like them, I don't care about them, I've seen what they've done to my hometown and my only hope is that more of them get shot next time they decide to do something retarded.
