The Gospel of Thomas is a spiritual book. Satanists are unable to even understand it because they are obsessed by sex.
The part that you quote is about spiritual things, not physical things. Men in those days expressed love by looking after their wife and children, by protecting and providing for them. Women expressed love by nurturing, by caring for their children's emotional and moral/ethical development.
This is what Thomas is referring to and in modern language we would simply that that both men and women would become more well-rounded in their expression of LOVE and SPIRIT. After all there is no distinction between men and women in the world of spirit. We are all identically souls, sparks emanating from the mind of God.
To a satanist, physical reality is more fundamental than spiritual because the want to remain anchored in the physical. That is a perversion.
You can take any spiritual work and pervert it. That however, is not a commentary on the work, but on the individual doing the perversion.
There is no evil in any symbols, only evil in the people whose perversion causes then to give the symbol an evil meaning.
The eye shining in a triangle is the Eye of Providence which is symbolic of all-seeing God whose radiance provides for us all on this earth. There is nothing evil here at all, because God the creator and provider is the epitome of good.

These 4 layers are the evil ones, and the Freemasons who wrote the Declaration of Independence believed that these top 4 layers of the social order must be replaced by God, leaving only 13 layers left. They did not write their Declaration for Americans, but for All Mankind The Whole World Over, because they envisioned a NEW WORLD ORDER in which there would be no priests and kings lording it over the people in ANY NATION.
That is the real meaning of the Great Seal of the United States, but evil people with PERVERTED INTENT see a different message in the symbols which on their own, are just shapes.
