Anybody find it weird that Fox only "talks" about the riots and only shows old video? Also, that was pretty weird when Fox cut away (very sudden and awkward) from Kayleigh's press conference when she showed her own video footage of the riots.

This is overly simplified, but if you look at human behavior on a spectrum, people on the neurotic side have shame, guilt, conscience, the behaviors that allow for properly functioning society. The other side, which he refers to as character disordered (and includes the narcissists, psychopaths, etc. These people LACK conscience, empathy, shame, guilt (in varying degrees, hence the labels). They are the cold liars and manipulators.
If you don't understand yourself and others in this context, you cannot protect yourself or even recognize what you see.
