For Anons that may live in a place where carrying a firearm is not allowed, I'll give you insight from experience here in Texas.
I carry everywhere and have a few by me, all have one in the chamber, in the house.
I go OUT OF MY WAY to avoid situations that might get hairy. People that carry for protection DO NOT do what he did.
