Walmart:

Anyone with some legal savvy, please help.

Corporations that own the property upon which their stores reside are claiming "Private Property" allows them to demand/require that patrons (free people) wear masks in order to conduct business with them.

My question is whether Private Property rights supersede Constitutional Rights.

Bare in mind that if said business is licensed, registered and was granted 'Incorporation' with Articles of Incorporation that stated they would conduct business with the 'general public', and the 'general public' has constitutional rights, there may be a way to dismantle their "mandates" and requests.
