January, 2016: Obama signed the executive order for the Iran Deal, finalizing it. He did not put it through congress since he knew it would not pass, while repeatedly assuring Congress he would not do it. Iran never signed it however. Early August, 2016: Flynn and Bijan Rafiekian, an executive of Flynn’s consulting firm, Flynn Intel Group, were hired as representatives of a Turkish born Dutch bank owner Ekim Alptekin. However, Alptekin's real intent was to have Flynn gather intel on Fetulleh Gulen, a cleric living in the U.S, whom Turkey's Erdogan wanted the U.S. to extradite back to Turkey. The investigation of Gulen was presented to Flynn's group as merely one part of the work for which Alptekin had hired them. Gulen was the person accused by Turkey as conspiring to overthrow Erdogon.As a result, Erdogan was resisting Obama's efforts of allowing Iran to run a pipeline through Turkey into Europe as part of the Iran Deal. Obama needed to remove Erdogan, so they were using Clinton's pal and donor Gulen to foment a coup.Alptekin, is a Dutch citizen of Turkish origin connected to Stefan Halper, Joseph Mifsud, George Soros, and high U.S. officials, so could have been really working for Western intel.

Rafiekian, AKA Kian, was charged with making false statements on registration documents with Justice, as well as engaging in $80,000 of kickbacks. Alptekin has also been charged. DOJ said in a document released Dec. 17, 2018: Two Men Charged with Conspiracy and Acting as Agents of a Foreign Government "An indictment was unsealed today charging Bijan Rafiekian, aka Bijan Kian, 66, of San Juan Capistrano, California, and Kamil Ekim Alptekin, 41, of Istanbul, and a Turkish national, with conspiracy, acting in the United States as illegal agents of the government of Turkey, and making false statements to the FBI."

As Deep State had already been surveilling Flynn, they would have already been well aware of Alptekin's ties to Turkey, if they hadn't themselves arranged it. At the very least, they didn't bother to inform Flynn of Alpetkin's true motives. When they demanded Flynn sign a FARA, Flynn answered "no" to the question regarding working as a foreign agent for another nation. He was working for Alptekin's Dutch bank, a private company, not Turkey. At the time he filed the FARA, Flynn was unaware Alptekin was passing the Gulen info to Erdogan. Deep State knew he was unaware, but entrapped him with the FARA to accuse him of lying. Furthermore, they were none too pleased with Flynn's assessment, a correct one, of Gulen.

Abedin's father, Syed Abedin, founded the Institue of Muslim Minority Affairs representing the MB. Abedin's mother, Saleha Abedin, helped found the Muslim Sisterhood and worked for the International Islamic Council for Da'wa and Relief. Da'wa is the Muslim word for proselytizing. Huma Abedin's father and mother were in the circle of Yusuf al-Qaradawi, who abided by the teachings of Hassan al-Banna, founder of the MB. Having a show airing on Al Jazeera, al-Qaradawi is a prolific author of books of radical teachings, the president of the European Council for Fatwa and Research, is heavily invested in the Al Qaeda tied Bank Al-Taqwa financing terrorism (according to the UN Security Council), and is the founder of IslamOnline. Additionally, he is a trustee of the Islamic Society of Boston where the 9-11 Ptech programmer Suheil Laher preached. Huma Abedin was reared in this circle of friends and allies. Although she was born in the U.S. and was therefore a citizen by birth right, H. Abedin was raised out of the U.S., returning when she was 18. She began interning for the Clinton administration in 1996 while also working for the Institute of Muslim Minority Affairs until 2008, led now by her mother since Huma's father had died. Al Qaeda connected Naseef had co-founded the institute with her father. Huma became Hillary's chief-of-staff in 2009 while she was Secretary of State. She received a special waver to work at the same time for the Clinton Foundation, among other organizations.

All this was the reasoning behind Flynn's article on the Hill, implying Obama was covering for folks as bad as Osama bin Laden. Flynn had also said in his op-ed: "To add insult to injury, American taxpayers are helping finance Gülen’s 160 charter schools in the United States. These schools have been granted more H1-B visas than Google. It is inconceivable that our visa officers have approved thousands of visas for English teachers whose English is incomprehensible. A CBS “60 Minutes” program documented a conversation with one such imported English teacher from Turkey. Several lawsuits, including some in Ohio and Texas, point to irregularities in the operation of these schools."

Visas were given by State–headed by Hillary Clinton. Flynn continued: "However, funding seems to be no problem for Gülen’s network. Hired attorneys work to keep the lucrative government source of income for Gülen and his network going. Influential charities such as Cosmos Foundation continue their support for Gulen’s charter schools. Incidentally, Cosmos Foundation is a major donor to Clinton Foundation. No wonder Bill Clinton calls Mullah Gülen “his friend.” It is now no secret that Huma Abedin, Hillary Clinton’s close aide and confidante, worked for 12 years as the associate editor for a journal published by the London-based Institute of Minority Muslim Affairs. This institute has promoted the thoughts of radical Muslim thinkers such as Qutb, al Bana and others."

So, it is Flynn who found all the connections while researching Gulen. He was closing in on the crimes of the Clinton Foundation and these Islamic terror networks (never mind all the other crimes). This became just another reason Flynn was targeted by the Obama administration. It had nothing to do with Trump. Additionally, Gulen's groups also funded the campaigns of Sheila Jackson-Lee and Henry Cuellar, since his schools are in their districts, and since 2008 he also funded trips by members of Congress. However, Clinton had received Gulen's largest donations for her presidential run.
