Does the algorithm have anything to do with Romas/COIN? Palantir? Odyssey?
Since some anon's were surprised Palantir was funded by In-Q-Tel here's a link to my dig on them, read it, they are big players in this. Also to the anon that was digging into DARPA's information awareness office, the director of that is an advisor of Palantir.
