When I clicked through, the tweet showed up, but I went back and reloaded from DJT feed and it's censored. Did they just censor Dinesh, or are they doing that to POTUS?

If you click through to Dinesh then click back, you get what the original tweet SHOULD look like (pic-related).
Trump's immediately prior tweet was a retweet of Dinesh. Was the tweet a link to Dinesh's tweet?
Is the difference here that in one he clicked retweet, and another he quoted the URL to Dinesh's tweet?
1st pic-related is before clicking, 2nd is after clicking link to Dinesh then clicking back.
