Were you ever a new shooter?
Miculek is shooting heavily customized revolvers with light hand loads --- hardly more than squib loads pushing a "light for caliber bullet", not an out of the box semi-auto with full factory loads, heavy slide and heavy springs. There is NO comparison between the type of shooting he does and the sort of shooting a "one afternoon a month, some months" shooter does. If the casual shooter can keep the holes in the black, that's good enough.
I've seen planes with more than one tail and thus more than one rudder and there's no reason why a boat could not do the same.
That's a LOT more spray over the wall than earlier today. A lot more.
Not only is there more spray than recently, it's coming over the wall earlier, closer to the dam. Something has changed. It's as if the water is hitting an obstacle that wasn't there before. I've seen bigger outflows recently, but the spray was topping the wall maybe 30-40 further away from the dam. (Scale is deceiving, that's one HUGE dam.)
