Pompeo was with O’Brien 10 days ago at his swearing-in ceremony; well within the incubation period. One would think they would be testing these high ranking officials before they get together. Pompeo returned from Helsinki the day before the swearing in.
Has Pompeo since been tested? Has he been around POTUS?
