lb notable >>10093869 KEK - The United Nations just ordered the Trump administration to stand down in Portland!

One if by Land, Two if by Sea

NWO plan with Dems, They planned to have Potus uses Mil and patriots to launch a counter insurgence. [Before] they launched their defund the police campaign. we are too smart for their traps- kek

article excerpt (sorcha faal style sauceless writer)

--For over a month, the United Nations has been carrying out a 'human rights investigation' against the United States.

--They realized that they cannot launch a blue-helmet intervention on such a flimsy basis. (statistics of unarmed minority people killed by cops)

--So, they shifted to investigating the Trump administration's handling of "protesters."

--(O)rdering the President to stop Federal officers from using non-lethal force against "peaceful protesters" in Portland.

--The UN delivered a formal stand down order to the Trump administration, warning that there would be "consequences" if Federal officers continued enforcing Federal law…

--They (City of Portland) are trying to get a judge to block the officers from using any non-lethal weapons and they want to remove the fencing so that the mob can have unrestricted access to the building.

--The mainstream media calls them "protests"

Reality check:

--For three weeks, there have been nightly standoffs between officers and rioters. Every night, the rioters try to kill the officers and burn down the courthouse.

--The mainstream media doesn't report any of this. Instead, they are claiming that federal agents are kidnapping people. That's right, even though these people get charged and arraigned, the mainstream media is calling them "kidnappings" instead of arrests…

--Did you know that the other night, the ANTIFA mob trapped federal officers inside the courthouse, barricaded the door, and then tried to burn the building down with them all inside?

--the UN calls this (law enforcement) a violation of the rioters' "human rights." Not only are they ordering Trump to end all law enforcement efforts in Portland, but they are threatening action and, yes, even an intervention if the President continues to allow officers to use tear gas against the mob.

--The UN has already put out a release saying that they stand with Antifa (they deleted the tweet after people started condemning them for it).

Human rights office decries disproportionate use of force in US protests

Spokesperson Elizabeth Throssell was answering a reporter’s question about the US authorities deploying federal security officers to various cities to quell demonstrations against racial injustice, sparked by the death of George Floyd, an unarmed African American man, while in police custody in Minneapolis on 25 May.

“Peaceful demonstrations that have been taking place in cities in the US, such as Portland, really must be able to continue without those participating in them - and also, the people reporting on them, the journalists - risking arbitrary arrest or detention, being subject to unnecessary, disproportionate or discriminatory use of force, or suffering other violations of their rights”, said Ms. Throssell.

Officers must be identified

Regarding reports about unidentified police officers detaining protestors, she said “that is a worry because it may place those detained outside the protection of the law, and may give rise to arbitrary detention and other human rights violations.”

Ms. Throssell said federal and local security forces must be properly and clearly identified. They also should use force only when necessary and in accordance with international standards.

“Also, it is important that any victims of unnecessary or excessive use of force do have the right to remedy, and there should be, as we often say, prompt, independent, impartial and transparent investigations into any allegations of human rights violations, and that should ensure that those responsible are held accountable”, she added.

Rights Committee to issue guidance

In light of demonstrations across the world, the UN Human Rights Committee, which monitors implementation of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, has been analyzing the right to peaceful assembly.

Ms. Throssell said the Committee will issue a general comment, or guidance, on 29 July, covering issues that include both physical and online protests, public order, and the work of the media.
