HarryTheGreek has been talking about it on his blog. The Bill is called "George Floyd Justice in Policing Act of 2020" and has been passed in the House (naturally) and awaiting action in the Senate.

According to Harry it's intent is to ultimately replace US police forces (hence the Dem efforts to defund police) with United Nations "police" under the auspices of the High Commissioner of Human Rights namely Michelle Bachelet.

I can't believe the Senate will even address it. but we'll see. Looks like another last ditch and desperate effort but we know if Senate passes and Pelosi ever made it to be President it would be a done deal..
