Too old is not an argument. especially considering that we had the stealth bomber in the 50's.
There is a 50 year limit for TS classification.
Besides, the real power requirement comes from the ground based stations.

So the wiki sauce we have references the corona project with the last entry in 1967 with Corona J 3.
All this does is prove there was a Corona project dealing with Satellites.
Q's posts start with 4 and hey, guess what, it's a new millennium.
There is no proof one way or another actually. However, with the basic acceptance of technological advancement, it's feasible that the reference is of a yet still classified Corona satellite project.
