What this wall of text doesn't say is that AS ALWAYS, Doctors are still empowered to prescribe medications "off-label". They don't require any special permissions from the FDA for HCQ, just like all other medications.

Surgical masks are better than cloth but not very efficient at preventing emissions from infected patients.
