Solid question. Also, hard to prosecute faked COVID-19 deaths on this front. There's no integrity in the medical/public health establishment to rely on for "evidence".

Corrupt coroners, who lead local Health Departments to implement ridiculous guidance, falsify death certificates, and coverup murders are highlighting themselves with these statistically impossible COVID numbers.
Coroners are elected officials, usually the only office in a county with the authority to arrest a constitutional sheriff, and are usually doctors though there is no requirement for a coroner to be an MD in most counties.
