The Justice Department officially has a new top spokesperson: Kerri Kupec has been named director of its Office of Public Affairs, The Daily Beast has learned.

Sarah Isgur Flores, the previous director of public affairs for the department, has moved to Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein’s office, multiple Justice Department sources confirmed. Flores has been one of the most visible advocates for former Attorney General Jeff Sessions, who resigned from the department the day after midterm elections. She worked on the team that guided Sessions through his contentious nomination process, and previously was a spokesperson for Carly Fiorina’s presidential campaign.

Kupec, the new top spokesperson, formerly represented the conservative group Alliance Defending Freedom. She also spent time at the White House helping with Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s confirmation to the Supreme Court.

Former US Attorney Joe DiGenova: Obama’s Senior Law Enforcement and Intel Officials Were “Criminals, All of Them, Lock, Stock and Barrel” (VIDEO)

Former US Attorney Joe DiGenova was again on his regular Monday morning meeting with Mornings at the Mall. He is well versed in what is going on in the swamp and apparently has some pretty good contacts as he seems more connected than most.

DiGenova reported what we were first to report on July 19th, that Igor Danchenko, who was connected with the Brookings Institute, where the anti-Trump, anti-American criminal actions of the Deep State were conjured up, was the key source in the fraudulent Steele dossier. DiGenova says that Danchenko was given immunity when he shared with the FBI in early 2017 his actions related to the Steele dossier. We now know that Danchenko was Steele’s primary sub-source, and the information he shared with Steele was the key information in the dossier even though it was was made-up bar talk over beers.

Face Mask U-Turn: Walgreens, Home Depot, Walmart, CVS Will Serve Customers Not Wearing Masks

Big Box retailers have discovered what Constitutionalists and legal scholars knew all along: “suggestions” and “guidelines” on mandated mask-wearing are not legally enforceable. While the signs will stay posted, non-mask wearers will nonetheless be served.

Technocracy News suggests that you print this article and present it to any and every store that refuses you entry because you are not wearing a face mask! ⁃ TN Editor

Days after announcing customers are required to wear face masks while shopping in their stores, major U.S. retailers appear to be showing leniency in how the rules are enforced.

Walmart, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Walgreens and CVS had initially required shoppers to wear masks but now in the hope of avoiding confrontations between angry customers and employees it appears to be little more than a suggestion, rather than a legally enforceable instruction.

Having retailers take on the role of the ‘mask police’ puts them in an uncomfortable position at a time when many shops are in no position financially to refuse business.

Major retailers brought in rules requiring masks to be worn by customers including Walmart, pictured, but some companies are saying there is little they can do if people ignore the request

Because there is no requirement federally or legally across the country to wear a mask, and with many states having been lax in creating policies insisting residents wear them in shops, retailers are on their own when it comes to enforcing the policy.

“The Ellen DeGeneres Show” has become the subject of an internal investigation by WarnerMedia following numerous accounts of workplace problems on the long-running daytime series, Variety has learned.

Executives from show producer Telepictures and distributor Warner Bros. Television sent a memo to staffers last week saying they have engaged WBTV-owner WarnerMedia’s employee relations group and a third party firm, who will interview current and former staffers about their experiences on set, said sources.

A Warner Bros. Television spokesperson declined to comment on the matter. A rep for “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” did not immediately respond to Variety‘s request for comment.

BREAKING: Nick Sandmann’s Lawyer Releases Fiery Statement To Get CNN’s Brian Stelter Fired For ‘Breach Of Confidentiality’

‘Brian Stelter is a liar. I know how to deal with liars,’ Sandmann’s attorney Lin Wood warned the CNN host.

Covington Catholic student Nicholas Sandmann’s lawyer, Lin Wood, accused CNN’s Brian Stelter of breaching a confidentiality agreement Friday after the host retweeted speculation on the settlement. The accusation comes hours after Sandmann settled a $250M lawsuit with the Washington Post.

Stelter retweeted a comment from attorney Mark S. Zaid commenting on Sandmann’s defamation case Thursday.

“Those with zero legal experience (as far as I can tell) should not be conjecturing on lawsuits they know nothing about. What kind of journalism is that?” Zaid asked. “I’ve litigated defamation cases. [Sandmann] was undoubtedly paid nuisance value settlement & nothing more.”

CNN's @BrianStelter is being accused of breaching network's confidentiality agreement with ⁦@N1ckSandmann⁩ and it 'May cost him his job' according to ⁦@LLinWood⁩

Gov. Mike Parson: Over 100 St. Louis Murders Go Uncharged While Kim Gardner Charges McCloskeys

Republican Missouri Gov. Mike Parson said Saturday that over 100 murders had gone uncharged while St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner charged Mark and Patricia McCloskey.

Parson defended the McCloskeys, who were charged with felonies after they openly displayed firearms as they confronted protesters on their property, during a discussion with David Asman on “Cavuto: Live.” (RELATED: ‘It’s Absolutely Absurd’: Kayleigh McEnany Quotes Trump On Charges Against Gun-Toting St. Louis Couple)

Noting that Parson had said that he would pardon the McCloskeys if it came to that, Asman asked, “Why is it that you have a prosecutor in your state letting the law breakers go and charging the victims with a felony?”

Parson began by hinting that he would prefer to remove Gardner from her position if that were an option, saying, “Well, it’s unfortunate that somebody, when you get elected officials, you know, under our constitution, they are fairly well protected to that job.”

Trump will also tour an oil rig in Midland, the city where former President George W. Bush was raised and where he met his wife, Laura, who was born there.
