Why is it so hard to keep a simple text based bulletin board up?
I’ve read zinc at 100mg/day will stop ALL viral infections but becomes toxic to liver at that point. Whats the highest dose of zinc youve taken? Mercila has zinc back in stock, and its likely a much better product than what you can get locally. (If its even in stock)
