That hearing was a bit of a shit show. Demonrats had a coordinated strategy today to "reclaim their time" so as to not allow Barr to answer any questions. Then R's would mosey on about their business as if this D strategy wasn't effective.
The right move was for one R to, in the hearing, identify the tactic, and read back the most egregious D questions and let the AG answer. It was more important to refute their talking points than it was to get their own points into the record.
The R's just can't wrap their head around how to properly fight back. It was a Jordan Peterson video that woke me up to this: being able to think like an evil person doesn't make you evil, it just allows you to understand the tactics being used against you, and craft a strategy to retaliate properly.
I swear I need to win a seat in congress and start showing these weak people how to actually fight this bullshit.
