As someone with experience with West Africans, the ones that come here are more American-like than half the people that live here. Their primary concerns are making money and advancing up the socioeconomic ladder, and raising their children to do the same. Nigerians who come here have like one of the highest median incomes of any ethnic group, they don't fuck around. I worked in the medical industry, if they believe in goofy tribal shit then they keep it outside of the workplace completely because I never heard it once.
