Marks the 33rd time he's used the Defense Production Act. Kodak will now produce generic active pharmaceutical ingredients. Including the key building blocks for many drugs, producing 25% of all active ingredients needed for drugs in the USA.

Lots more advances in rapid testing and vaccine production. 500 million doses will be available. Using the military to ensure that things get to where they have to go safely and rapidly.
