Just like in movies like Taken they scope out their ideal targets to capture them for the trafficking trade/cult.
Imagine what could be achieved if FB or AMZN succeeded in their plans to access and correlate everyones medical records. Would be a 'one-stop-shop' for organs etc for the elite.
