How can we validate our vote was counted and was accurately submitted?

Every registered voter has a slot on the chain?
Everyone can see every vote anon style potentially. Validate by encryption / secure voter client? Would have to work for mail in ballot and physical voting machine. (No web voting . Voter identity must be validated. Voter ID card + password = encrypted algo to submit vote to chain. Return voter validation number.
Is this the only tech potentially available to 100% verify our vote was accurately counted?
