Federal Agents have started firing pepper bullets and tossing flash bangs at the terrorists. Looks like arrests were made of people that were inside fence area.

Looks like agents from the roof just briefly shined a green light on a couple of the terrorists outside the fence. Could that be to tag and then track them in the crowd from a phone or other device?
