Gen. Flynn's case might just be "Exhibit A" supporting POTUS' comment some time ago that the "Swamp is a lot deeper" than was first thought.
While we know that the Ninth Circuit has always been a rabid Left anomaly within the Federal Judiciary, that various district court judges have attempted to thwart POTUS' policy moves for three and a half years now and that Justice Roberts has emerged as an unexpected swing vote in opposition to POTUS' policies, by dragging its feet in the Flynn case, the important and powerful D.C. Circuit Court is sending the clearest signal yet that the majority of the Nation's entire Judicial Branch of Government just might be politically compromised beyond possible repair through attrition and Executive appointments..
What the Circuit Court does, or doesn't do, in the next 10 days will be critical in determining whether the U.S. Government is facing its greatest challenge since its formation.
