You've got to have the RIGHT AMOUNT of Vitamin K. It's an essential vitamin involved with the metabolism and uptake of calcium. If you get lots of calcium without the accompanying Vitamin K. calcium can be redeposited in the wrong places in your body, instead of going to build bones it might cause hardening of the arteries, calcification of heart valves, arthritis, etc.
Don't just reject Vitamin K. Important to get the doses right and proportions right.
Do your own due diligence.
