Anyone have a good resource for bioavailability of different zinc supplements? There are so many.
For example: Zinc Sulfate 220mg has 50mg elemental zinc.

Yes, but many forms available OTC and Zinc Sulfate is sometimes difficult to come by in current circumstances.
zinc acetate
zinc gluconate
zinc citrate
zinc glycinate
zinc picolinate
NEVER use zinc oxide except on your nose as a sunscreen, but not sure of amount of elemental zinc in other formulations.
