There will be die hard Catholics that will desperately cling to this "good cop" versus the "bad cop", what Vatican City hopes to accomplish in trying to clean up their current mess. Certainly individual Catholics are sincerely seeking to help others. However, institutionally, Vatican City runs their operation as a money laundering, money making, and human abuse, trafficking machine. Don't confuse individual well-meaning Catholics for that corrupt institution.
