MPH=Masters in Public Health – are these people legit getting brain washed via their degree?

What made me look twice, is the mask order in CO. This article quotes the state's epidemiologist, Dr. Rachel Herlihy MPH all about why we need a mask order (sauce: https://www.colorado.gov/pacific/cdphe-lpha/dceed-communicable-diseases-branch-contacts)

And in the exe order itself, there is mention of CDPHE being directed to carry out the order, and whose executive director is NOT a doctor: Jill Hunsaker Ryan, MPH (sauce: https://www.colorado.gov/pacific/cdphe/jill-hunsaker-ryan)

Everwhere I look I see MPH's who are LYING about this PANdemIC.
