Here is the link to the most complete book (pdf) I've run across. I've never tried one myself, however I have seen weird e/m effects when tuning klystrons in F4 radars.
Such as snow around the dummy load when the radar is on and no snow only fog when the radar was off. Repeated the effect several time to confirm.
