Sorry Anon, no additional info to what has been discussed here.
I see it as a good thing because it shows less "dominance" by US on our countries. That said, I'm a little concerned about security here because the DS is evil and our governments are still heavily infiltrated/comped. So a little of US military presence makes me more relaxed, although there's not much that they can do in a foreign country
