That is, the standard pro-HCQ advocates have to meet is "PROOF".
Yet on the other hand the standard he permits for anti-HCQ advocates when it comes to the safety of the drug is "SOME studies have SUGGESTED that HCQ MIGHT even be unsafe".
That is another way of saying "NOT PROVEN TO BE UNSAFE".
