This notable is misleading. Regardless of who the Federal Government determines CAN take HCQ, each state controls the manner in which HCQ can be prescribed. E.g., every state allows MDs to prescribe HCQ for Lupus while no state allows HCQ scripts to be written for therapeutic and/or prophylactic use against covid-19. While POTUS may be able to get all the HCQ he wants, Big Pharma's control over state health departments and prescribing boards is slowly killing the American People.
