Dude ... the Dems are now locked into the date and cannot screw with it just because Biden croaks Nov. 2 and can't make it to the finish line. So ... WHO "stepped in it?" BTW, either Trump just gave Biden a (short) extension on his life or the Dems will off him almost immediately. They won't be able to get rid of him at the last moment and beg for more time to mount a campaign.

The "Nuremburg Defense" was laughable only because those claiming it were, in fact, officers with a degree of independence. It was a sufficient defense for the average grunt, who could readily make the argument that failing to carry out the orders given would have resulted in execution. THEY weren't even present at Nuremburg but were, instead, starved to death in POW camps.
