D.C. Circuit to hear Flynn en banc decision

Anons, this is a couple of removes from playing the highest stakes poker yet. With its decision, the D.C. Court of Appeals sided with the Deep State Traitors in at least allowing the can to be kicked further on down the street. However, by not immediately denying Sullivan's otherwise laughable request for an en banc hearing, the Court has openly declared to the parties, the Country and to the entire World that it has no fukks left to give about the White Privilege notion of The Rule of Law.

Perhaps its goal here is that between itself and the disgraced Emmet Sullivan, they might be able to push the final decision on the Gen. Flynn case on past the Nov. 3rd Election.

Who knows? What we do know is that the Federal Judiciary is compromised to the very top. Who would ever trust the Supreme Court to decide in favor of the Constitution and the Rule of Law in the event of a Constitutional Crisis brought on by widespread voter fraud due to ballot harvesting and mail-in voting?
