All true but the cause is not helped by his continuing to shill for the CDC, NIH, and governors. In states like CA, MN, the voting is already changed to mail-in. Showing it is a mess isn't going to change the minds of those governors any more than telling them the whole pandemic could be over if they gave everyone HCQ.
