I noted earlier posts about pictures of Chlorine canisters manufactured in Germany. Not convinced that Assad did any chemical attacks under his own volition. Now that ISIS/Al Quaeda/Dasch is nearly powerless, Assad does NOT need to use chemical weapons to win his externally created civil war. He can do it with standard Russian supplied munitions.
No doubt now that Trump is (intentionally) hesitating on strikes of any kind and he trolled Russia in the clear on twitter, just like Rocketman, Assad is trapped just like NK was and anything chemical is cabal FF.
