About the Maxwell documents, copy redactions and past in notepad, doesn't work for me. Did they correct the files and if so, did anyone have the compromised ones downloadable somewhere? OR, is it because I use linux?
After a quick check. The claim is true, for document #143 from may 5 2016. I have not found any other document yet where redactions are simply hidden by a layer and still copy-able…
