Styx is a guy who branded himself with a name straight out of rock and roll lyrics before he knew what the name really meant and now he doesn't want to lose his following to re-brand like he knows he should. He's in a pickle and has been there for a while. Poor guy. I pray for him.

When the Styx kid started he had no idea he'd be right in the middle of this. Several of us emailed him a couple of years ago and told him to rebrand and all he did was put a shirt on. He knows he has a branding problem and should do something about it. But I will say this - At least he's not throwing molotovs at a Federal Courthouse like a lot of his peers are currently engaged in. With that being said, in my humble opinion he deserves the shit he's getting now. He's been privvy for a LONG TIME that he has a branding problem.
As an elected member of Congress, when you're not on the floor of the House or Senate (video teleconference) do you have the statutory immunity of a Congressman/Senator or are your words now open to evidentiary rules in legal proceedings?
