Question for anons smarter than I:
Why would a virus have been released so early in the election year that gave black hats a chance to rapidly create a vaccine?
Was China so sure that there'd be no chance of a vaccine that they started the campaign early? Were American resources (media, Democrats, ..etc) so compromised that they knew they'd just push a fake "second, mutated wave" of COVID-19 if a vaccine were developed?
