The article I cited above about MKUltra also explains how many/most of our elected officials and heads of corporations have been worked over, mostly without their full knowledge, by the groups that engage in this.

I fully believe that almost every judge in the US has been blackmailed. They are the most powerful sector in our society. They have take on the role of legislator and executive. And they are thoroughly comped.
