Still of the mind that the vast majority of towns, cities, counties and states pushing the Covidia hardest, were deeply in the red and knew their per existing bankruptcy going public was just a mater of time. Covidia was a chance to bury it all if they could just pump the numbers up as fast as they could. Lots of people in gov and media, could easily have done all that without actually connecting it (not conspiring cognizantly), just going along because it served selfish reasons alone. Yet, there were/are still, many who know exactly what kind of fucking con they are trying to pull off.
