they don't cost that much! Check ebay and check for specials. This seriously changed my life.I life a terrible neck condition and did not want to have surgery. This works as you can't believe. I got a bolster pillow. Way to hard for me so I took the filling out and made a softer pillow for 1/2 the cost. My neck now is healed and I would never think of surgery. Seriously it can be manipulated until you find the perfect support and it does stay in place. Each night you do have to fluff etc. to get it just right but after 2 months I was getting so much better. My neck is now back to normal after 6 months.
