One of the largest buildings on Fort Bragg has been evacuated as officials investigate a threat.
Marshall Hall, which is home to U.S. Army Forces Command and U.S. Army Reserve Command, has been emptied as a safety precaution, said spokesman Paul Boyce.
The building houses approximately 900 employees between the two commands, including uniformed and civilian personnel.
Officials evacuated the building shortly after 1 p.m. And fire and law enforcement personnel have since responded to the site, Boyce said.
Additional details about the threat were not immediately available.
