I think POTUS is signalling that his personal attorney has been on the offensive all along, and has Mueller beat.
POTUS tweets that he was "fully advised throughout each phase of this process" to publicly justify limiting the scope of any potential questioning of POTUS by Mueller (because of attorney-client privilege).
