These crimes against humanity are War Crimes committed by "Enemy Combatants". Whether in a shirt and tie, dress or pants suit, This WAR has proven itself to be just as deadly as anything from "without", this country has ever faced.

With FISA working "both ways" and the "two hop" rule you have every comm, from every player, from every corner of the planet. While those players outside of the country may be able to escape justice (if I was "King" they would find themselves in a Black Site) those here in this country have a debt to pay.
