Dan O'Donnell (on his talk radio show today, WISN radio am1130) discussed two facts:
1) the governor's executive declaration that we are in a state-wide emergency (which gives him big powers) can only last 60 days.
2) this second declaration of state-wide emergency (used to enact this mandate) is not allowed. I am not a lawfag, so probably need you to listen to today's program for the clear details.
3) the legislative body is standing by as I type this to rescind governor Evers' executive order mandating statewide face coverings.
everyone call your legislature and congressperson asap and advise they should vote to rescind!
