They're probably hoping to steal it with mail-in voting, still. But realistically, 1/3 to 1/2 of households per state are facing eviction with the moratorium ending, and they probably won't get bailed out because of the Democrats' actions today. How do they expect mail-in voting to work for people with no addresses?
